At Lewis Tyler Books, every story is created with great care and emotional honesty. I want readers to feel supported and respected in their experience—both with the writing and the service.
Because of the nature of digital and printed products, please review the policy below carefully:
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads)
All digital purchases are non-refundable. Once an eBook or download is delivered, it cannot be returned.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your file or download, please email me at [YourEmail@example.com], and I’ll be happy to assist you.
2. Physical Books (Preorders or Shipped Copies)
Due to limited print runs and personalized packaging, all physical book sales are final.
However, if your book arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

I will gladly issue a replacement or resolve the matter appropriately.
3. Cancellations (Preorders Only)
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order, as long as the item has not entered production or shipping.
After that window, preorders are treated as final sales.
4. Exchanges
At this time, I do not offer exchanges. If you believe you’ve received the wrong item or have concerns, please contact me directly. I will do my best to make things right.
